I could not help noticing that the tools were dirty and stained too. Not pleasant. The price paid is too much for the quality I got. The staff however is super friendly and professional

Phillip was lovely, and took me through all of my available options, and was super patient with me being so indecisive.
The manicure itself looks great, and the base colour/glitter combo is gorgeous. I had a bit of soreness from my cuticles the following day, but it has been a long time since they were last done so no surprises there!

The floor is a bit sticky and not really clean but the tanning was good.
