A professional and friendly level of service. Amanda is a calm and reassuring therapist, is well prepared and my treatment was carried out in a relaxing and reassuring manner. Good after care instructions were given and I was delighted with the result of the treatment.

Warm welcome by Amanda, great location and ambience. The LVL lash lift was new to me but I'm now walking around with lovely curly lashes, and appreciated it a lot more after a lick of black mascara the next day as advised!

It's the superb experience that sticks. The quality is a given. Amanda welcomed me and talked me through the process as it was my first time. The forty-five minutes was very enjoyable, she did give me the option of stepping out of the room in case I wanted to take a nap while the solution set but I asked her to stay. Amanda was such a pleasure to chat to, and bonus, I got plenty of expert beauty advice! A combination of the amber lighting, the decor, the music, the neat set up, and the soft scent certainly contributed to the overall ambient. I had never felt so calm, relaxed and so well taken care of at a beauty salon before. Definitely going to be a regular!
