After using Hot Wax for over ten years, I was hesitant when I found out it was Strip. However, it was faster than Hot Wax and pretty painless! Both receptionist and therapist were friendly and professional. I will be booking back in.

First off - the woman who did the pedicure was really lovely and friendly. But the treatment was not good. The "1.5 hour luxury pedicure" was a standard 45 minute pedicure. Worse - the files were not fresh and looked like they had already been used several times and not cleaned or sterilized (she did use a fresh razor blade though). The place itself is kind of a dingy tanning salon. I would not go back.

Booked a wax for 10.00am, received an email and text at 8.00am saying that due to family emergency they couldn't see me that day. I completely understand this can happen, so not a big deal, but it is nearly 3 weeks later and have not received a refund. May be due to Treatwell not the salon however they have since stopped replying to my emails.
It was my first wax so I was nervous but they were really good and reassuring.
