Owner was lovely, but the overall waxing experience wasn’t that great. Beautician was quite negative from the get go, saying hot wax will not do anything for my type of hair, she was huffing and puffing. No privacy to get changed, I’m not that bothered by this but any other people could feel a way. Hollywood wasn’t done properly, hair left on my bikini line on both sides. Still have hair left on my underarm. In a week I’ll will probably have to go get waxed again.
