I was really struggling with my shoulders and back and Caroline took the time to understand how I could benefit from the massage and tailored it to my needs. I was in pain, wasn’t sleeping. 1 session with Caroline and I’ve slept through with no pain for 2 nights. Booked back in for 2 weeks time! Caroline was also lovely to chat to and really made me feel comfortable and able to relax
