Disappointing - late, unfriendly. Dana arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. She started to give a half-hearted apology about traffic then stopped as if it didn’t matter. She never asked about my skincare routine, offered advice or explained what she was doing during the facial. I kept asking. She left the room at least twice without explanation (usually therapists give a massage while a client’s face mask is on). I could hear a man talking loudly. Bizarre and expensive for poor service :(

I went to Dana for a facial and I loved it. She was very professional and assessed at my skin before starting. I felt so relaxed and my skin felt well moisturised when she was done. I had a great experience!
