Dana is pleasant but lacking in soft skills. She didn't seem interested in getting to know me as a customer. It would have been nice if she asked me questions around what I wanted for the treatment, and explained how it all worked. And maybe asked "how are you". It felt very one sided, with me asking loads of questions to understand the process. I wasn't pleased with the treatment overall - the colour was way too dark (and wasn't checked/discussed with me before applying). I won't be returning.
