Even though I was about 15 mins late, Elsa was friendly, welcoming and professional. Being my first time doing this, and medium hairy as a guy, I was expecting it to be extremely painful, but by virtue of Elsa's skill it was very tolerable and only a little painful ..... And surprisingly I didn't swear or scream.
