Pedicure was great but on both pedi and mani i asked for just polish not gel or shelac, and my therapist massaged my feet while the paint was still wet. luckily just one toe had to be repainted but this was rushed, only had one coat, done poorly. during my manicure my hands/nails were not soaked and when cutting cuticles a few bled. I asked for clear varnish but white was used, looked awful streaky, was not given time to dry, smudged instantly top coat contained coloured varnish from my manicure

The use of hot wax lead to a few problems, such as not being able to get a lip to pull the strip off. This meant a lot of tugging and discomfort. Later in the day I experienced swelling and pain.
