When I arrived at 12:30 for my appointment, the woman working there didn’t have record of my booking despite me receiving a text confirmation. She was not apologetic. I told her that I had booked through Treatwell and she said that I should contact them myself.
I was told I could wait an hour then have my eyebrows threaded, but that wasn’t possible due to my schedule so I left.
Please can I be refunded the £10 I paid for this?
