Gem was lovely and friendly as usual,very professional,happy to take feedback and always making sure I was happy with my eyebrows. I've got particularly difficult eyebrows to work with, curly and full of holes, and she always makes them look great!

I am so grateful I found Beauty by Gem! An absolutely exceptional service, Gem was so thorough and made me feel completely at ease (which is so important when you’re exposed infront of strangers).
