I had such a great experience at Beauty By Gem, I hadn’t had a wax in a long time and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout the entire wax. The quality of the wax was good too, it was literally the best wax I’ve had done in Stevenage. Will definitely be coming back again.

The facial I had at Beauty by Gem was excellent, the best I’ve ever had. Gem is welcoming and professional, her beauty room is clean and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing; you really do feel you are in a spa. I will definitely be going back to Gem.
