Gem was great and I love how my eyebrows turned out! She made sure that the shade and shape were exactly what I wanted and she made me feel comfortable throughout!

Booked in for a Lash Lift and oh my god they are amazing. I now no longer need to wear mascara! Would definitely recommended Gem and the lash lift :)

If I could give more than 5* for cleanliness I would. In such worrying times I felt completely at ease. Gem had full PPE and was so tentative to ensure both our wellbeing’s. She also was able to accommodate me so last minute! Highly recommend xx
