I've had a few treatments with Gem, all of which have been really good. Gem provides a professional service with a keen eye on the details in pleasant and spotless surroundings, I would highly recommend Gem !

Was extremely happy with my treatment by beauty by gem, the safety measures were exceptional with temperature and sanitizer being given on arrival. The staff was fully equipped in PPE and made the whole experience relaxing. Equipment was wipped down in front of me and relaxing music was played so I had no anxiety at all. Gem talked through the proccess step by step, so I knew exactly what she was doing and the finished look was brilliant.

I had a full leg wax done and the service was amazing. My legs were completely hair free and Gem applied special cream afterwards making them silky smooth.
I would also like to add that Gem wore full PPE which made me feel safe.
