Henriett was very friendly and I had great communication with her prior to my appointment. I usually don't like getting my eyelashes done as it can be uncomfortable and I get claustrophobic not being able to open my eyes but Henriett had such a calming energy I felt completely relaxed and fell asleep! The removal step is normally painful and I loose a few eyelashes in the process but she was so gentle it didn't hurt at all. Cannot recommend highly enough, will be a frequent customer!
