Heni was very informative about the process. She is very welcoming and bubbly which is what you need just before having your wax done. She did state that if I needed a break at any time to let her know which was very thoughtful of her. What a lovely lady she is. I’ll definitely be going back. Thank you Heni. Also thank you to the receptionist who was also very warm and welcoming.
