The salon was nice enough and Henriett was very nice. She used sugar waxing which, it turns out, I am not a fan of. It is meant to be less painful but I found it less efficient than hot wax. All Covid precaution were taken at the reception and in the room which I appreciated!

Heni was so lovely and friendly from the get go. It was my first time getting a sugar wax and first time getting a Hollywood wax and she was extremely comforting the whole time. She kept making sure I was okay and I’d go back again to see Heni for my next appointment:)

Henriette is super friendly, very chatty and put me at ease at it was my first time being sugared. She tried to make it as painless as possible and was really accommodating and understanding. I will definitely be back!
