So I called to confirm my appointment and was told that I would be paying full price so I told the person that answered the phone about Treatwell they said that there is an error. My advice is don't advertise false offers. Needless to say I went elsewhere and got what I wanted
Arrived and they couldn't find my booking but said they would squeeze me in anyways, and then was charged more than I had booked online.
The salon didn't have my booking but agreed to do my treatment as they had availability so that was fine.
Experience in the salon was fine but the result of my Brazilian blow dry is almost non existent. Waste of money - I have then done regularly but opted for this salon as it was closer to home but will not be returning. Literally £75 down the drain - my hair is just the same as when I went in so looks like I will have to go back to my original salon and pay again to have it done. Really disappointing!!
The offer was about full face including eyebrow waxing however when I arrived the lady in charge said that there was a mistake in the offer as eyebrow waxing is more expensive so she did eyebrow threading instead!!!
