The beauty therapist was friendly & clean, however the floors can do with a sweep and a dust all round the small room would be ideal. 2nd time visit for waxing. Efficiently done, however more care could be taken when ripping off the strip, I.e.pull the skin slightly & place hand on area briefly to calm the skin.
The bikini line was disappointing, but perhaps I shouldn't have worn my big pants, as there was a fair bit that didn't get waxed, but perhaps that's my fault. Overall a good experience as it's near me & not too expensive and I also feel comfortable with the therapist. Took stars off as there was long hairs still visible. Perhaps also they come across as not enjoying their work too much?
