When I arrived, the beautician wasn't expecting me and almost turned me away.
the room was cold and there was no music playing during the treatment. the massage itself was ok, but after I left my shoulders were hurting quite a bit, where they felt tense, which I thought quite odd.
Overall, I don't think I would go back. The beautician was nice enough but the place was dated and untidy, and the treatment table wasn't fit for purpose.

Salon actually closed when I arrived for pre booked appointment time, had to wait 10 minutes for them to open. Filthy inside and staff knew nothing of my pre paid appointment, although they were very friendly about it and it was sorted with a quick phonecall. Eyebrow wax left my skin dry and flaky, which I've never had before so guess down to low quality products being used. Will not be returning.

Had to move appointment back as lady was late but that wasn't a problem, excellent wax nearly got every hair without any pain at all! Brilliant I will be returning :) x
