I was very satisfied with the Hollywood Wax service. It was done quickly and painlessly and thoroughly. I plan to return, so that says a lot.

Good points - the room is clean and the beautian is very thorough. Also the price is good.
However, I was offered hot wax, but not asked id the temperature was okay once she applied it. I felt like my bikini area was on fire. I took the hot wax option because I was told it would hurt less, but I found it more painful than the regular wax with strips. And once I was hair-free I went to move, only to find that all of the wax had been left in a heap between my legs.
None of these are massive problems, and in a pinch, I would ise this salon again, but I think I would rather pay £7 more and go to a salon where the beautian is really friendly and clean.

Friendly salon and treatment was great.... only downside was the size of the treatment room. But i had a waxing so wasnt going in for a relaxing spa treatment!

There was a communication break down .The provider was not aware that I have booked the time slot.
There was only one person and it was difficult for one person to do the massage as well as to look after drop in customers .The lady did her best and was nice
