I booked twice through your website and the salon call me to apologize for not having an available appointment and I paid by my visa for a service not existing in the avenue and I didnt receive my money back.
I went to my appointment and was told they do not offer massages anymore, so my journey was wasted. I received two confirmation emails and a text message so was not expecting this kind of service.
My appointment was for 6.10. I got there at 5.55 and the woman said they close at 6pm so couldn't do it. Wasted journey and wasted money on parking.
The lady running the salon was very friendly and helpful, even though she was very busy and by herself. She was very professional, friendly and a perfectionist. I would definately go back here again.
The premises are small and basic. The lady was pleasant enough and thankfully the whole process was quick and efficient as it was my first time and painful. I was not impressed that her Internet was down and she could not verifiy I had already paid. Luckily I could provide proof through email.
