Have been to this salon before and the waxing was great. Different member of staff today and unfortunately, it was really painful - never had such a painful wax in over a decade of having them and sadly won’t be returning!

I wish I could give a better review. This was the second time I had planned to go here for waxing and the first was really reasonable! But this time I arrived at the time of my appointment and the shop was closed, I called the number posted and was told to wait for a call back but it hasn’t happened. I’d like a refund as I haven’t received any treatment but I have no confirmation I will get it. Such a shame because I had a good experience with them the first time.
