Really pleasant and friendly staff adjusting to the needs of customer.
A disappointing experience overall. The massage room is not fit for purpose as it is too small. Therefore, they have had to push the bed up against the wall and into the corner and as the bed itself was too short for me, I had no choice but to bend my knees and have my feet resting on the wall which is neither relaxing or good for your posture whilst having a massage. I should add that I am not particularly tall, at 5 ft 8. There was no music so I listened to the reception staff chatting to each other throughout my massage which was again not at all relaxing. The masseuse herself was nice enough, but all a bit abrupt in communication and it all felt rushed (her manner, not the massage which was for the specified length of time). I left thinking I can't imagine it's a place anyone returns to... So I felt I should write an honest review.
The appointment hadn't registered with the company. The staff were rude about this and suggested I had to sort it out myself. The manicure was rushed. Just a paint, the girl didn't even want to shape my nails. The paint quality is poor. My feet have look like a child painted them and 2 of my toes have been painful due to cuticle removal. The staff were rude, spoke to each other in a different language and didn't engage. Spent a lot if time on the phone.
One of the least painful waxes I've ever had! Staff were very friendly and excellent value for money.
