This was NOT a Brazilian wax, it was an extended bikini. I was then humiliated as the therapist called in the manager who proceeded to argue with me with the door half open and I was asked to ‘show her’... I have never felt more embarrassed as there were people in the shop who could not only hear but probably see. I had no choice but to dress and leave as I had paid up front.
The managers argument was that if I wanted the lips done then that’s a Hollywood - a simple google search disagrees with this, let alone the 20 years I’ve been having a Brazilian!! I did not want everything off, just the area underneath as should be done.
