Whilst Jana was very friendly, the massage room was very cold, even after I asked for an extra blanket and the heating up. I also felt that Jana didn't increase pressure in response to my requests.

I've been getting my eyelashes/brows dyed for the past 40 years and this is by far the best they have ever looked. Also had lash lift which I highly recommend if you want your eyes to look 10 years younger. Excellent.
