I now understand why this business has loads of great reviews. Janet was professional, friendly, kind and all around lovely. I was running late because of train mishaps and I rang up to let her know. She was kind and understanding. She made sure to also be accommodating and quick when she knew I had to catch a train afterwards too. Very much recommend this lovely place.
