I was a little surprised to find the salon locked up and had there not been someone else stood outside who said they'd texted someone inside I would have assumed the place was closed and left. I arrived a little early for my appointment and then ended up waiting for some time, 15 minutes after my appointment time someone came, apologised for my wait then led me upstairs. The massage itself was great, just what I'd needed.
