I booked and prepaid for classic lashes, I called regarding the patch test, only to be told that she couldn’t do the appointment for when I booked. After rearranging I attended, towel I laid on had seen better days. The tape used was painful when she removed it, it was very sticky and made skin round my eyes sore. These lashes are undoubtedly the worst I’ve ever had, NOT classics but hybrids. Poor customer service as quite off hand manner, waste of £45
