During the process I told Karlie my eyes hurt,she said she can’t see anything wrong.During application she pulled and poked my eyes, was snacking and was on her phone regularly. My lashes are stuck together so my eyes hurt and are unbrushable ☹️

This was the first time that I'd had my lashes done by Karlz and it was a great experience. I was so relaxed I fell asleep! That's never happened before. She's very gentle, quick and professional. I'll definitely be paying her another visit.
