Therapist was brilliant patient kind and very professional the only thing I wasn’t keen on was the loud rap music played in the mail salon Karrie did close the door to her room and asked what sort of music I would like to hear and she did put some soothing music on which was much better .As a therapist I don’t think I have ever met such a lovely person I would recommend her to anyone
