I really look forward to my appointments with Kelsang. Top quality service every time. I feel really looked after and my nails have never looked so fab. And the fact that Kelsang is a genuinely nice person on top of being an excellent beauty therapist is why I come back to her again and again. Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend Kelsang enough. Hollywood waxes can be nerve wracking but she just melts any of that anxiousness away. She is kind, gentle and professional. She checked in on me throughout and was so good at making sure I was okay.
