Worst lvl experience ever! Ruined my previously very long, healthy lashes which are now left short, sparse and uneven even over 8 weeks after. They completely curled back on themselves after the lift which looked ridiculous, and I had to go back to have them reversed 3 days later which was the earliest I could be seen again. I was told that too small a shield had been used, as if that was somehow my fault. My eyes badly reacted to the reversal. Requests for a refund have been completely ignored

Kelsang was so friendly, welcoming and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable throughout the whole appointment. My nails look incredible and I absolutely love them!
