I booked for my first Hollywood and felt so at ease and relaxed for what is a nervous experience! I was talked through the process and each step, continually asked if I was comfortable and temp not too hot etc. will be back!

I walked into the salon to make an appointment and Kelsang had a gap in her appointments so she could fit me in. Kelsang was welcoming and friendly we chatted as she attended to my toenails. My feet felt lovely afterwards and I am certainly going back.
