Kirsty was amazing as always. Not seen her for a while. Im heavily pregnant with twins and she was very helpful and took her time and accommodate my size and also kept me moving to stop me being too uncomfortable. She always makes the personal effort and remembers things we chatted about the time before. I’ve always felt special and appreciated.
