She was very thorough with the wax, paying a lot of attention to detail. She made me feel relaxed and calm throughout, checking in with me every now and again. Will definitely be returning, thank you!

Kirsty was very friendly and made an effort to check what I wanted before the treatment, but the treatment room could use a clean and I would have been more comfortable had she worn gloves. Afterwards I found residual wax which was uncomfortable to remove and patches that had been missed. So overall not the worst experience, but there is room for improvement
