Lauren is lovely...very friendly and personable. And passionate about what she does. Totally put me at my ease and relaxed me even more through conversation during the treatment. She was courteous, never late and very understanding/sympathetic to my needs. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. I'll be back!
