It was really quick. Efficient I would say. It was painful as waxing is not the most comfortable thing, but because it was really quick I wasn't suffering a lot. I do not know if it was Lauren but she was really kind. The wax was a bit hot but you can say it and they will adjust it.
I will definitly go again.
