I've had Hollywood waxing done elsewhere before but Lisa went above and beyond this time to make sure I was comfortable. She helped me to relax and talked me through it every step of the way and although it wasn't pain free, it wasn't anywhere near what I built it up to be! I'll definitely be back, thanks again x
