Venue is just one simple room but super clean and a good atmosphere, helped by the fantastic Lisa. She was so attentive and lovely, chatty and just genuine. Bubbly and light she made my day! The wax itself wasn’t as painful as it can be and the use of the multi flex hot wax was superb. One of the best waxes I’ve had yet.
