Liz, who did my Hollywood, was lovely. The wax itself was painfree. Afterward i was quite red though, and overall wasn't really happy with hair still left on.

Liz is very nice and makes you feel comfortable. The wax was very quick and efficient, my only issues was bad redness for a couple of days following which I've never normally experienced before however this could have just been a personal reaction - highly recommended otherwise!

I've had a manicure and a pedicure and gave both 5 stars. Will come back to Liz. Plus, opening times are good which means I can always book in before or after work.
