The therapist Demi is a pleasant enough and I had returned for another treatment with her. However room cramped and the items she reached for seemed to be positioned above my head so I felt anxious. I had one of the moisturising facials which involved massaging my feet. She did not wash her hands after that and before final massage on the face. The time was supposed to end around 12:30 but treatment ended at noon. Overall she seemed distracted.
