The experience was fine. The lady who was doing hair greeted me rudely when I entered. She made me feel uncomfortable. The wax itself was fine but I only realised after it was done that she wasn’t changing the stick between strips. For that reason I wouldn’t come back here. I also think the technique wasn’t great because I got the most amount of ingrowns in years after coming here.
