The experience of walking through a cafe to a small room at the back is a bit odd, but the staff were lovely and the wax was good so no complaints.

I am a regular here so I like the place and staff and always recieve great treatment. On my last visit however it was more painful than I remember and there was a lot of wax residue that I had to get rid of myself, more than usual which was also a bit of a pain and quite painful in itself. As u am a regular, I'm sure this was just a one off because I usually receive great waxes! So please don't be put off, I'm simply rating my last experience. I will be booking from here again!
