Good treatment but it started late which was a bit frustrating

Alex is lovely as always and the treatment was good. However this was the third time in a row that I’ve come here and the appointment has started 10-15 minutes late. Really not ideal and needs to be addressed - perhaps by leaving more time between bookings?
