Let me start by saying Alex was fantastic! She was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly and answered any questions I had, which was great because i was a bit nerve-wracking. Throughout the process, she was very reassuring and professional, making sure I was comfortable the whole time. Plus, she worked really quickly, which I definitely appreciated! However i did noticed she missed some spots but overall she was great
