Staff are all lovely however the nails themselves were a bit rubbish. They weren't filed evenly - there were bumps on the gels, particularly on one of the thumbs where a lump formed round the tip. I actually removed the whole thing the next day and booked elsewhere for a new treatment. Such a pity as the venue & staff are great, will return for some food & coffee but not for any of the treatments.
