Really good facial, great value for money. Alex was very thorough and used some some wonderful Neals Yard products. Only thing I would say is that because you can hear some of the chatter from the coffee area it may be an idea for the beauty therapy room to play some relaxing music to block out the noise. Other than that very happy and will definitely be back!
