Naz we very professional and well decorated (she has all her certificates placed nicely on her wall) I was going on holiday so needed everything waxed. Naz was great, very thorough and it was as painless as possible. Very lovely lady. She is very knowledgeable. I have sensitive skin but it looks great and no marks. Very happy.
