Im a runner & get a sports massage from Silva every few months. He is a very friendly & his techniques are very good. He listens i always have a full body session but request him to foxus on key areas (calves, hamstrings + quads) for example and always delivers.
My last session this weekens was amazing, he was using a new lotion for sports massage and was asking for feedback and how i felt. Local, friendly & convenient.

As always, Naz never fails to disappoint! She’s brilliant at what she does. I’ve moved out of the area now but still continue going to see Naz as she’s far better than anyone else I’ve ever tried. Her Hollywood wax is the least painful I’ve ever experienced and would highly recommend.
