Neeta was great at my Hollywood wax and took time and care after I explained I had a c section. However overall cleanliness of the salon could have been better floor was quite dirty and this was before lunchtime (although it was raining). I asked neeta to do my eyebrows and I wasn’t happy with the shape but she was polite and professional. She also messaged me later that day to offer a refund for the eyebrows which went a long way.
